Guiding Principles
1) Every human being requires compassion and support to reach their highest potential.

2) “If you have come to help me, you are wasting your time. If you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
Lilla Watson

3) The struggle for social justice and equality is a moral imperative and it starts with picking up the mirror before picking up the magnifying glass.

A note from Erica:

All my work with clients is informed by nearly two decades of personal and professional growth and development. I seek to deeply understand the person/people in front of me to best facilitate their journey through the therapeutic process.  I want each client to feel empowered, safe and supported enabling them to authentically experience the curiosity of self-exploration leading to a deeper or new understanding about themself.  If you are considering therapy for yourself, your family or your child, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation to see if I am a good fit for your therapeutic process. All initial consultations are free of charge and offered in person or over the phone.
